摘要
Abstract
The p70S6K plays a key role in the regulation of cell growth by controlling the biosynthesis of translational compo-nents which makes up the protein synthetic apparatus, most notably ribosomal proteins. We reviewed recent biochemical, genetic and structural studies on the p70S6K. It is a great significance for the understanding of p70S6K and its regulation of the related signal pathway.关键词
