肺痹汤治疗特发性肺间质纤维化30例临床观察
Clinical observation of Feibi Tang in the treatment of idiopathic pulmona-ry fibrosis in 30 cases

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Feibi Tang in treating idiopathic pulmonary fi-brosis (IPF).Methods 30 cases of IPF with the pattern of blood stasis due to qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis in collaterals were collected.Under regular treatment,Feibi Tang was given to the pa-tients for 3 months.Scores of main symptoms and Short Form 36-item Health Survey (SF-36)were recor-ded in order to evaluate the efficacy of Feibi Tang on IPF.Results After treatment,the total score of main symptoms(shortness of breath,dyspnea,cough,expectoration,fatigue)were lower than before, and the score of SF-36 scale of life improved obviously after treatment.Conclusions Feibi Tang can sig-nificantly improve the clinical symptoms of IPF,as well as life quality of the patients.关键词
