补气活络汤联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛48例

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Buqi Huoluo Tang on blood stasis due to qi defi-ciency type angina pectoris.Methods 48 patients suffering blood stasis due to qi deficiency type angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group (n =24)and treatment group(n =24).The control group was given oral isosorbide dinitrate tablet,nifedipine tablets and aspirin enteric tablets,while treat-ment group was give Buqi Huoluo Tang besides the same oral medicine as control group.A treatment course was 14 d,and curative effect was evaluated after 2 treatment courses.Results ①Total effective rate of treatment group was 91.7%,while 66.7% in control group,the treatment group was superior to control group,the difference was significant (P <0.05);②Curative effect showed in electrocardiogram (ECG)of treatment group was 87.5%,in control group,it was 62.5%,the treatment group was superi-or to control group,the difference was significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Buqi Huoluo Tang com-bined with western medicine has good effect in the treatment of blood stasis due to qi deficiency type angi-na pectoris.关键词
