摘要

Abstract

The concept of distributed power and the network structure of distributed energy access system are intro-duced, and also a high precision power harmonic analysis algorithm based on Blackman-harris window and triple-spectrum-line interpolation FFT, and then a high-end harmonic energy meter is designed based on this algorithm, and the hardware structure diagram and algorithm flowcharts are given.Application scheme of harmonic energy meter in monitoring system of distributed power and two kinds of accessing system of 0.4kV level and 10kV level distributional power source are given.It is significant for application of harmonic energy meter and accurate measurement of harmon-ic in distributed energy access system.
