摘要

Abstract

YVO4∶Tm3+ nanophosphors were synthesized by solvothermal method. X-ray diffraction ( XRD) , transmission electron microscope ( TEM) , ultraviolet analyzer, ultraviolet-visible ( UV-Vis) absorption spectra, and photoluminescence ( PL) spectra were used to characterize and analyze the nanophosphors. The experiment results show that YVO4∶Tm3+ nanophosphors have bright blue light emission with high color purity and luminescence intensity, and have good thermal stability properties. Therefore, YVO4∶Tm3+ nanophosphors are very suitable phosphors for field emission display.
