新疆南疆农村地区少数民族双语教师的现状及对策研究
A research on the current situation and countermeasure of ethnic bilingual teachers of national minority in rural area southern Xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
Used questionnaires,in-depth interviews,classroom visits,observing ways to survey minority bilingual teachers present situation in rural area southern Xinjiang.Through analysis of survey data,it concluded that minority bilingual teachers existed the main problems in rural areas southern Xinjiang. Then,it exploredthe root causes ofthe problems and couldpracticeproposecountermeasures which were combined withthe theory ofpedagogy and ethnology from the hierarchy.关键词
