摘要

Abstract

Used questionnaires,in-depth interviews,classroom visits,observing ways to survey minority bilingual teachers present situation in rural area southern Xinjiang.Through analysis of survey data,it concluded that minority bilingual teachers existed the main problems in rural areas southern Xinjiang. Then,it exploredthe root causes ofthe problems and couldpracticeproposecountermeasures which were combined withthe theory ofpedagogy and ethnology from the hierarchy.
