Abstract
This paper studies the impact of regional technological innovation capability on environmental performance based on 30 provincial administrative units from 2008 to 2012 with SEM-PLS and DEA models . Firstly , the authors conclude that regional technologi-cal innovation capability has a positive impact on the environmental performance;secondly , there is a big gap among the levels of different regional environmental performance calculated by the SEM -PLS model equations;thirdly , the degree of influence on the environmental performance of technology innovation capability in different regions are different , which manifests as regional technology innovation capabili-ty influences on efficiency of environmental performance tends to decline according to the DEA analysis results;at last , we give some countermeasures .关键词
