华东地区区域自主创新能力的评价研究--基于灰色聚类分析和全局主成分分析
The Evaluation's Study about the Eastern China Region's Independent Innovation Capability---Based on Grey Cluster Analysis and Principal Component Analysis

Abstract
Regional independent innovation ability is the key factor to enhance regional competitiveness , speeding up the transfor-mation of the mode of economic development , solving questions of social development . Eastern China regional capacity of independent in-novation is strong , but internal differences is large . This paper selects independent innovation input of 15 indexes of regional innovation a-bility evaluation index system , using the data of the Eastern China region (7 provinces and cities ) in 2013 as sample data , using grey clustering analysis and Global principal component analysis to do some related data analysis . The evaluation results showed:Jiangsu , Shanghai , Zhejiang's regional independent innovation capabilities are the strongest provinces and cities;Fujian , Jiangxi's regional inde-pendent innovation capabilities are the weakest provinces . Eventually putting forward some policy suggestions for the regional independent innovation capability of 7 provinces and cities in the Eastern China regional .关键词
