The Risk of Nationalization and the Nonrenewable Resource Exploitation
摘要
Abstract
This article proposes a simple nonrenewable resource model assuming the risk of nationalization increases with the resource price to examine the effect on resource exploitation of the interaction between resource price and nationalization . The result shows that with the increasing of the risk of nationalization , the resource exploitation , not as the foregoing literature had indicated that will monotonically increase or decrease , but increase first and then decrease . There is a inverse U-shaped relationship between resource exploitation and the risk of nationalization .关键词
