Employment Effect of Technology Progress Sources---In the Perspective of Factor Bias of Technology Progress
摘要
Abstract
Based on the estimation of factor bias of indigenous innovation and technology import in China , this paper explains the employment effect of technology progress sources in the perspective of factor bias of technology progress . The results of the study show that:different sources of technological progress make the employment effect different , and different sources of technological progress have the dif-ferent factor bias . Relative to the positive effect on employment of indigenous innovation , employment effect of technology import is more complex . At the same time , most areas indigenous innovation manifests as labor-using and technology import manifests as capital-us-ing . Finally , the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to coordinate the development between technology progress and employment .关键词
