摘要

Abstract

The present development situation of reliability enhancement test is analyzed , and its bas-ic conception and meaning are introduced .The test mechanism is studied in some aspects .Combine with the special feature of air-to-air missile that the test is very expensive and sample dispersion is small , an improved model is designed .Through the improved model , the timing of product failure is controlled , the weak link of product is exposed as soon as possible ,and the development cycle is shorted .This improve-ment not only can reveal design defect , but also collect more product test information .The improved test model is applied in module of air-to-air missile and a fine result is obtained .
