Abstract
In the case of spillover of external value of arable land resources and without internalization , the ar-able land has not been effectively protected .External value of arable land resources refers to the social func-tion value and ecosystem services value .A Case Study , a quantitative assessment of its external value of arable land resources is made based on practices in Chengdu .The results showed that the external value of farmland resources is 2.1968 million yuan/hm2.Among them, the social security value reaches 886,400 yuan/hm2, social stability value of 1.195 million yuan/hm2 , ecological services function value is 115,400 yuan/hm2 . the share of social services values of arable land resources in the external value reaches 94 .75%, and the pro-portion of ecological service function value reaches 5 .25%.The arable system differs from other green space ecosystem;its external value reflected in its social services in greater degree .The measurement of the external benefit value of arable land for external benefits provided basic approaches and methods of internalization for external value of arable land resources and reasonable farmland protection system .关键词
