猪伪狂犬病毒、副猪嗜血杆菌和猪链球菌混合感染的病原分离与鉴定
Pathogen Isolation and Identification of Mixed Infection of Pseudorabies Virus,Haemophilus parasuis and Streptococcus suis
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the pathogen of outbreak of epdemic of fattening pigs in a large-scale pig farm in Henan province,the serology and PCR differential diagnosis of wild pseudorabies virus(PRV), morphology and PCR identification,serotype and drug sensitive test of bacteria were carried out.Results showed that the serology and PCR differential diagnosis of wild PRV were positive,Haemophilus parasuis (HPS) and Streptococcus suis(SS) were isolated.After identification HPS was serotype 4 and SS was serotype 2.Drug sensitive test showed that HPS and SS were sensitive to cefoperazone, ceftazidime, cefotaxime,ceftriaxone,cefuroxime,cefazolin,imipenem,amoxicillin,ampicillin and vancomycin.关键词
