副猪嗜血杆菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验
Isolation,Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of Haemophilus parasuis
摘要
Abstract
Five strains of gram negative bacilli were isolated from a pig farm of Jiaozuo, which were suspected to be Haemophilus parasuis.Inorder to control the epidemic,Haemophilus parasuis was finally diagnosed by cultural and infection characteristics,biochemical tests,PCR and pathogenicity examination. The results of drug sensitivity test indicated that the isolated strains were sensitive to ceftiofur,cefotaxime, amikacin,lomefloxacin, and not sensitive to chloramphenicol,amoxicillin,clindamycin,chlortetracycline, enrofloxacin,doxycyclile, and resistant to penicillin G,ampicillin,streptomycin,sulfamonomethoxine.关键词
