Survivin 拮抗肽对人胶质瘤 U251细胞裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响
The effects of Survivin anti-peptide on the development of tumors transplanted by human glioma U251 cells in nude rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the inhibiting effect of Survivin anti‐peptide on nude rats with brain glioma.Methods The rat orthotopic model of U251 glioma was established through transplanting human glioma U251 cells cultured in vitro in‐to caudate nucleus of nude rats by stereotactic technique. After 11 days ,all nude rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,which were separately injected Survivin anti‐peptide and normal saline via abdomen injection. After 30 days ,we executed all of nude rats and made pathological sections and HE staining. Then the ratio of tumor necrotic area and tumor total area was calculated on the largest slice of tumor tissues by the analysis system of Olimpus CX41 microscope im‐age.Results The ratio of tumor necrotic area and tumor total area in experimental group was greater than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The Survivin anti‐peptide have inhibitory effect on the development of tumors transplanted by human glioma U251 cells in nude rats.关键词
