Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the whole brain DSA in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases in or‐der to provide the evidence for clinical application .Methods We selected 198 cases with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases re‐ceiving global DSA in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 ,then comparatively analyzed the condition of vascu‐lar abnormality and vascular stenosis .Results In all of 198 cases ,cerebrovascular normality was in 8 cases ,abnormality in 190 cases (120 cases occurring in intracranial vascular and 70 cases in extracranial vascular ) .As to the degree of vascular stenosis , 50 cases had the stenosis degree of <50% ,91 cases reached the degree of 50%‐70% ,and 49 cases even owned the severe de‐gree of >70% .In addition ,the stenosis in intracranial part of internal carotid artery was significantly severer than that in ex‐tracranial part (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The whole brain DSA can accurately and efficiently diagnose ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and can provide theoretical evidence for the clinical treatment ,which has important application value .关键词
