Abstract
Absract: From the perspective of function reconstruction of policy finance, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the theory and practical debates in policy finance of China. The author discusses about the basic connotation, theory foundation and actual demands, and puts forward the principles, ideas and methods of reconstruction of policy finance. On the view of financial coordination and sustainable development, for the efficiency and fairness of financing, the paper provides some suggestions for the development of policy finance.关键词
