The Focus and Main Task of Service Industry Development in The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" Period in Hebei Province
摘要
Abstract
The category of service industry is numerous, and statistical classification is not quite the same as common industry concept. In this paper, on the basis of an overall grasp of Hebei service industry and statistical classification, according to the principle -"Government less intervenes the market-oriented industry and management service industry, striving to develop emerging service industry and the services which are relatively backward, with large potential and leadership" , we chooses broad categories, categories, class and subclass of industry from big to small, then select the integrated cross services which is not completely corresponding to statistical classification. Besides, considering that competent authorities have a positive affect in promotion, we selected eight key industries, four cultivating industries. then analyze them one by one, and propose the assignment in the future.关键词
