健康教育联合红藤愈萎养胃汤治疗对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变心理状态和生活质量的影响
The effect of health education combined with HongTengYuWeiYangWei decoction on the mentality and life quality of patients suffering chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerosis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education combined with HongTengYuWeiYangWei Decoction (HTYWYWD) as a medicine on the mentality and life quality of patients suffering chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) with precancerosis.Method 155 cases were divided into two groups randomly.The control group ( n=77 ) was treated with HTYWYWD while the experimental group (n=78) with a combination of health education and HTYWYWD.The mentality and life quality of the patients were evaluated before treatment and three months after treatment.Findings SAS (41.3 ± 4.7)and SDS (38.4 ±4.5)scores of the experimental group were reduced (P<0.05) and lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).SF-36 of the experimental group was improved (P<0.05) and the physiological function, the general health, the social function, the emotional and mental health were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education plus HTYWYWD could enhance the psychological state and life quality of CAG with precancerosis so as to improve the clinical effect.关键词
