Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on maternal and neonatal outcomes of gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 100 cases of gestation-al diabetes willing to accept comprehensive care were divided into two groups with 50 people in each group.The control group were treated with routine care,the experimental group applied compre-hensive care,pregnancy-related clinical parameters,pregnancy outcome and infant outcomes after birth between the two groups were compared.Results Amniotic fluid index,fasting blood glu-cose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,BMI body mass index and pregnancy increase in experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,there was significant differences (P <0.01).Hypertension,premature birth,cesarean section,polyhydramnios,postpartum hemorrhage and urinary tract infection incidence in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,there was significant difference (P <0.01).Infant asphyxia,hypoglycemia and hyperbilirubinemia hyperlipidemia in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group,there was significant difference (P <0.01).There were no significant differ-ence in hypoxic encephalopathy and huge incidence of children (P >0.05).Conclusion Compre-hensive nursing intervention can improve maternal gestational diabetes outcomes,it has far-reach-ing significance.关键词
