Abstract
Objective To discuss the preventive measures and nursing intervention on qual-ity of life in women with deep venous thrombosis.Methods A total of 80 patients treated cesarean were randomly divided into two groups,control group took routine care,the experimental group was given venous thromboembolic complications prevention and care interventions,postoperative clinical indicators,quality of life and complications were compared.Results Catheterization,bed time,hospital stay,medical costs in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group,there was significant difference (P <0.01).Women physical,social,cogni-tive,emotional and role function scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,there was significant difference (P <0.01).Postpartum hemorrhage,puerperal in-fection rate in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,there was a sig-nificant difference (P <0.05).Deep vein thrombosis was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group,there was significant difference (P <0.01).Conclusion Preventive effect of targeted preventive measures and nursing intervention for venous thromboembolic complications after cesare-an can enhance the quality of life,and improve the symptoms of postpartum.关键词
