全肘关节置换治疗老年陈旧性肘关节骨折脱位

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of total elbow replacement for elderly chronic elbow fracture-dislocation. Methods 6 elderly patients with chronic elbow fracture-dislocation treated by total elbow re-placement were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases got follow-up for 16~69 months, no complications such as fracture around the prosthesis, prosthesis loosening, neurological damage, infection and dislocation were found, and patients were satisfied in daily life independently. Mayo elbow evaluation in the final follow-up:excellent in 2 ca-ses ( > 90 points), good in 4 (75~89 points). The VAS scores were 1~3(1. 83 ± 0. 75). Elbow function: the flexion was 110° ~130°(118. 33° ± 8. 16°), extesion 5° ~9°(5. 97° ± 1. 97°), pronation 75° ~80°(77. 50° ± 1. 87°), and supination 72°~80°(75. 83° ± 2. 71°). Conclusions The short term curative effects of artificial elbow joint replacement for chronically unreduced elbow fracture-dislocation is satisfied.关键词
