Interosseous dorsi iliac artery flap in repair of soft tissue defect in hand
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of interosseous dorsal artery flap in repair of hand soft tissue defect. Methods Interosseous dorsal artery flap was used to repair hand soft tissue defect in 20 patients, the defect area was 1. 5cm × 2cm~5cm × 11cm, flaps area was 2. 5 cm × 3 cm~6 cm × 12 cm, including free flap 5 cases, rotational flap 15 cases. Results All 20 flaps survived, the operation time was 1. 5~3h. All patients had been followed up for 6~36 months, limb appearance and function were satisfactory. Conclusions Interosseous dorsal artery flap is easy to harvest, which provide reliable blood supply, without main blood vessel injury, little damage to the donor area. It can be pedicle transfer, can also be consistent with transplantation. It is the ideal skin flap repair of finger soft tissue defect.关键词
