超高度近视白内障患者超声乳化手术疗效观察
Clinical observation of phacoemulsification surgery for super high myopic cataract patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification cataract surgery combined with in-traocular lens implantation for cataract patients with super high myopia ( ocular axial length is greater than or equal to 30 mm).Methods 216 cataract patients with super high myopia(295 eyes) accepted phacoemulsification cataract surgery combined with intraocular lens implantation from January,2012 to December, 2014 in Fuzhou South East Eye Hospital.Da-ta of visual acuity after their surgery and complications was analyzed.Results No ocular and general complications hap-pened during and after the surgery.One week after operation, naked visual acuity of 177 eyes (60%) was better than or e-qual to 0.3, Best corrected visual acuity of 207 eyes (70.17%) no less than 0.3, and there were 152 eyes (51.53%) whose best corrected visual acuity was better than or equal to 0.5.Conclusions Phacoemulsification cataract surgery com-bined with intraocular lens implantation is safe, reliable and effective for super high myopic cataract patients with short sur-gery time, less complication and rapid visual acuity recovery.关键词
