眼科住院医师培养教学理念的探讨
A new concept of ophthalmic resident training
摘要
Abstract
Standardized resident training is the center of continuing medical education, an essential part of our en-deavors to help young ophthalmologists to grow, and an important measure to ensure the overall high quality of our medical care in a long haul.However, foreign training systems and methods cannot be directly applied in China because of the fun-damental differences in healthcare and education structure.We need to develop such a system based on and according to our existing resources.In general, we encourage clear and structured training targets, combination of knowledge and rele-vant clinical practice, and focused ophthalmic examinations that lead to differential diagnosis.Timely feedback and adjust-ment of such educational programs are also important.These features play important roles in clinical tutoring and are helpful to motivate self-learning in residents.关键词
