18F-NaF PET-CT与血清肿瘤标志物联合检测对肺癌骨转移早期诊断的价值
Value of 18F-NaF PET-CT and serum tumor markers in the joint detection of bone metastases in recently diagnosed lung cancer patients

Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the joint detection value of 18F-NaF PET-CT and serum CEA,CYFRA21-1,and NSE in the diagnosis of bone metastases in recently diagnosed lung cancer patients. Methods46 cases of confirmed bone metastases of recently diagnosed lung cancer were selected, 18F-NaF PET-CT and serum CEA, CYFRA21-1,and NSE detection were performed at the same time, and their value in early detecting the bone metastasis was studied. Results In 46 cases, the SUV max of 18F-NaF PET-CT was 8.81 ± 4.54, serum CEA was 37.45±42.57,serum CYFRA21-1 was 32.30±42.66, seram NSE was 50.12±38.45. The sensitivity of 18F-NaF PET - CT examination was 93.40%, specificity was 91.37%, the diagnostic accuracy was 93.50%.detection sensitivity of serum CEA,CYFRA21-1 and NSE was 83.49%, specificity was 70.52%, the diagnostic accuracy was 90.99%; The sensitivity of combined examinations was 96.85%, specificity was 97.43%, the diagnostic accuracy was 98.33%. Conclusion 18F-NaF PET-CT in diagnosis of bone metastases in recently diagnosed lung cancer patients has higher sensitivity and higher accuracy compared with serum tumer markers, but the detection of serummarkers also has certain supplementary role. The joint application has important clinical value for the diagnosis of bone metastases in recently diagnosed lung cancer patients.关键词
