“头脑风暴法”健康宣教对提高IgA肾病患者护理干预效果的评价
Evaluation of improvement of nursing care to IgA nephropathy patients by health education with brainstorm

Abstract
Objective To assess the improvement of nursing care to IgA nephropathy patients by health education with brainstorm. Methods: 140 IgA patients were divided randomly into control group, performing general health education, and observation group, performing health education with brainstorm. Self-management ability and knowledge of disease levels were evaluated at the day before being discharge, and 6 months after discharse the recurrence rate was compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter intervention, self -management ability of, observation group was better than control group in self-monitoring (2.62 ± 0.84), illness awareness (2.54 ±0.68) and the core management ability (2.71 ± 0.77), there were statistical differences between two groups (P< 0.05). The recurrence vvate,in control group was 22.9% and in observation group was 5.7%,(P<0.01). ConclusionHealth education with brainstorm is very helpful to improve self-management ability and knowledge level of disease and,lower the recurrence rate in IgA riepbropathy patients and it is worth popularizing.关键词
