Abstract
ObjectiveThrough the investigation of TCM constitutional types of civil servants in Luzhou City,to find out the susceptible constitutional type to hyperlipidemia, and to provide theoretical basis for the TCM treatmentto the civil servants with hyperlipidemia. MethodsAccording to TCM constitutional types classification and standard scale designed by Wang-qi in 2005,Classify the constitutional type of the 601 civil servants who came to Affiliated TCM Hospital of SCMU for medical examination from January to December,2014. anduse chi-square test and the multi-factor unconditioned logistic regression analysis statistical methods to analyze the distri-bution feature of TCM constitutionalhyperlipidemia population. ResultsThe hyperlipidemia group had 310 cases,and the abnormal lipid group had 291cases. Hyperli pidemiaprevalencerate is 51.58%.Multi-factor analysis showed: “Tanshi” constitution, “xueyu” constitution, overweight, and smoking are the factors of hyperlipidemia disease (P< 0.05).“Yinxu”constitution,“qiyu” constitution aretheprotectional factors. Conclusion“Tanshi” con-stitution,“xueyu” constitution may be the susceptibleconstitutionof hyperlipidemia among the civil servant in Luzhou,besides,overweight and smoking is also related to hyperlipidemia.关键词
