摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the total hip replacement in the treatment of adult hip acetabular dysplasia associated with the clinical effect of osteoarthritis patients.Methods:Retrospective analysis of our hospital in30 patients with total hip replacement treatment of adult patients with osteoarthritis with acetabulum hypoplasia of clinical treatment and follow-up data.Results:postoperative follow-up of pa-tients with 2 years, 30 cases of patients with hip pain disappeared, effectively correct, lower limb shortening activity basic restore normal function, clinical treatment the total effective rate was 90.0%, postoperative hip joint function score ( Harris) for (91.2-4.1) , signifi-cantly higher than that of preoperative (48.6 2.8 mm), preoperative postoperative compared statistically significant difference (P <0. 05).Conclusion:The total hip replacement treatment of adult patients with osteoarthritis with acetabulum hypoplasia, patients could ef-fectively improve the joint function, improve the patients quality of life, has good clinical application value.关键词
