Abstract
Objectiev:To explore the value of high frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis of tennis elbow and regular follow -up of im-portant clinical significance, in order to improve the cure rate of tennis elbow .Mtehods:80 cases of tennis elbow were selected and divid -ed into observation group and control group, control group received routine treatment,the treatment not before ultrasound examination , ob-servation group implementation of high-frequency ultrasound examination and symptomatic treatment ; the two group SAS were used to make assessment to determine the two groups of patients with improvement.After the first treatment,and the observation group of 40 cases were divided into regular follow-up group and non follow-up group, regular follow-up group every two weeks the elbow ultrasonic ex-amination, there were four, in accordance with the ultrasound examination results, and adjust the treatment plan, non regular follow-up group around after a elbow ultra sound check, to guide the clinical treatment, two group also uses SAS to make assessment to determine the two groups of patients with improvement.Results: The observation group to implement high frequency ultrasonography after symptomatic treatment, compared with the control group of patients with SAS was significantly reduced, the results were statistically significant (P<0. 05);in the observation group than in the non regular follow-up group follow-up group SAS scores were significantly reduced, the re-sults were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:It had an important clinical value of high frequency ultrasonography in diagno -sis of tennis elbow,but also had the important clinical significance of regular follow -up treatment and prognosis for tennis elbow, the two kind of method should be worthy of clinical popularization and application widely.关键词
