Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application value of preventive measures in the operation of thyroid gland parathyroid damage e-valuation.Methods:82 cases of patients, the control group, the observation group each included 41 patients, the latter given to strength-en protection measures, the relevant index comparison.Results:in the observation group, the incidence of temporary hoarseness, tempo-rary hypocalcemia incidence,symptomatic hypocalcemia incidence , taking calcium proportion was respectively 0%, 2.44%, 0%, 63. 41%lower than that of the control group 14.63%, 19.51% , 9.76%, 80.49 %, the patients in the observation group the TT3 level of 1h and FT4 was higher than the control group,10 d, 3 months after the operation the FT4 level was higher than the control group, with signifi-cant difference (P <0.05).Co nclusion:the implementation of the thyroid protection measures should be necessary for thyroid opera-tion, helps to reduce the complicated risk, improve the prognosis of the patients .关键词
