摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the laryngeal mask airway in laparoscopic surgery clinical curative effect and application analysis of general anesthesia.Methods:60 cases of pediatric laparoscopic surgery for treatment of children, were randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group 30 cases each.Results:two groups of children with operation time differences had no statistical significance (P >0.05);Awaken observation group with the required time, extubation (cover) time were significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05);Extubation (cover) choking cough, vomiting, or with aspiration, pharynx ministry unwell, awakening period the incidence of complications such as agitation were significantly less than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: in clinical pediatric laparo-scopic surgery in the process of implementation, the use of laryngeal mask airway general anesthesia way can better ensure that children re-ceive appropriate anesthesia effect, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.关键词
