非流畅性失语患者早期采用开放式康复训练的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of open language training method to the patients with non-fluent aphasia.Meth-ods:30 cases of patients with non fluent aphasia were randomly divided into two groups ( n =15) .On the basis of neurology conventional drug treatment, the treatment group was used open language training.The control group used one-on-one close training method and lan-guage training once a week.To evaluate the oral expression, listening comprehension, especially the actual language exchange before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Result:Compared with before treatment, two groups of patients after treatment in the aspects of oral expression, listening comprehension, especially the actual language exchange were obviously improved (P <0.05).Compared with control group, SymbolDA P<0.05, suggesting that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group. Conclusion:Patients with non fluent aphasia use open training early that could have a significant effect on the language recovery.关键词
