早期系统化护理干预在脑卒中患者康复治疗中的应用研究
Application of early systematic nursing intervention in rehabilitation of stroke patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate application of early systematic nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Meth-ods:90 stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group.Both groups were the basis of the treatment, control group with conventional rehabilitation care, systematic observation of early nursing intervention group were given on the basis of the conventional rehabilitation care.Observations:NIHSS score, Barthel score, HAMD score, HAMA score and clinical effica-cy.Results:Clinical Observation Group, NIHSS score, Barthel score, HAMD score and HAMA score than the control group, the differ-ences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Early systematic nursing intervention in the treatment of stroke could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of stroke patients, improve the clinical efficacy of stroke patients with high clinical value.关键词
