摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish and evaluate a rat model of dampness hypertension. Methods Wistar rats,180 ~200 g,were divided into routine diet control group,high fat group,high fat and salt diet group,high fat and sugar diet group, 10 animals in each group. Then the body weights,blood pressure and blood glucose were measured every 2 ~ 4 weeKs. 16 weeKs later,trypsin with empty stomach was determined,blood fat and blood sugar were observed. Results In the model group which was given high fat and salt diet,the body weight,visceral fat,blood pressure,insulin and triglycerol levels were all significantly increased comparing with control group,and significant insulin resistance occurred. Conclusion High fat and salt diet could induce a dampness hypertension model,which corresponded to the syndromes characteristic of dampness hypertension,and the rate of modeling was higher.
