阿奇霉素与红霉素配伍治疗小儿支原体肺炎46例临床观察
Clinical analysis of Azithromycin with erythromycin in treatment of child mycoplasmal pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To explore the clinical efficacy of Azithromycin with erythromycin in treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children .Methods :91 cases of child mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group (Azithromycin with erythromycin) and control group (erythromycin) ,compared two groups’ ef‐fective rate ,average hospitalization days ,incidence of fever ,cough and adverse reaction after treatment .Results :Azithromycin with erythromycin treatment group’s total effective rate was 97 .83% ,significantly higher than that of 84 .44% in the control group (P < 0 .05) ;the average hospitalization days (9 .22 ± 2 .41) ,the average number of days of fever (2 .98 ± 1 .25) and the average number of days of cough (5 .34 ± 1 .07 ) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P< 0 .05) ;in adverse reactions ,two groups in the gastrointestinal adverse re‐action symptoms ,liver and kidney function damage and skin rashes have not statistically significant(P> 0 .05) .Con‐clusion :Azithromycin with erythromycin in treatment of child mycoplasmal pneumonia has good effect .关键词
