Study on the Mechanical Behavior of Porous Iron Alloy at High Strain Rates

摘要

Abstract

An experimental investigation on the mechanical behavior of porous iron alloy at high strain rates was carried out using SHPB apparatus in this study to explore the effects of rela‐tive density and strain rate .Furthermore ,a multi‐parameter constitutive model ,w hich is able to fully describe the behavior of porous bronze ,was developed .The calculated and experimental re‐sults were compared and the comparison showed that there is a good agreement (the error less than 10% ) between the calculated and experimental results .This study has a guiding significance to the industrial design and application of porous iron alloy .
