Application of EPC Contracting Management Mode in Wind Power Projects
摘要
Abstract
As one project management mode, EPC contracting is increasingly applied in various fields.In this paper, application of EPC contracting management mode in the whole process of one wind power project construction is described.It wholly covers design, construc-tion till warranty period.The practice demonstrates that application of EPC contracting management mode is feasible and successful in the wind power project construction .关键词
