Abstract
As the indispensable component of communication systems, emergency communication includes mobile emergency communication network and ifxed communication station. Under new situations, the responsibility of emergency communication should be repositioned. Speciifcally, developmental status and main issues should be analyzed in depth to present feasible solutions of construction and development.关键词
