应变强化后容器的外压屈曲分析
Buckling Analysis of Cold-stretched Vessels under External Pressure

Abstract
Plastic deformation occurred when vessels were cold-stretched.In order to figure out the influ-ence of the deformation of cold-stretching on stability of vessels under external pressure,this paper estab-lished the nonlinear buckling analysis method which could take all the influence into consideration,chose out of roundness as initial geometric imperfection form of vessels,and performed the buckling analyses of perfect vessels and vessels with initial out-of-roundness before and after the process of cold-stretching,to analyze the influence that the process of cold-stretching brought to the stability of vessels by comparing the change of the buckling load,the buckling mode and the load-displacement curves.The results show that the buckling load of vessels established in this paper are strongly sensitive to out-of-roundness.The buck-ling load of vessels with out-of-roundness increases after cold-stretching.Consequently,the stability of ves-sels under external pressure also increases.Furthermore,the process of cold-stretching can improve the roundness of the vessels and increase the maximum allowable value of out of roundness during the process of producing of manufacturing.关键词
