Abstract
Objective To explore the ef ect of community nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with stroke. Methods 192 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into experimental group and 96 cases in control group, 96 cases in the control group. The control group received conventional treatment, the experimental group was given active and ef ective community care after discharge. Results In the experimental group, the recovery of limb function, the ability of daily activities and mental state were improved significantly. Conclusion Community nursing intervention on the rehabilitation ef ect of stroke patients.关键词
