Abstract
Objective To car y out with quality care,and improve nurse satisfaction and acceptance of the work.Methods By random sampling method,to my nurse into sections of 30 months was observed in the control group 15 cases in combination,on duty in the control group using traditional scheduling model and scheduling system,the observation group with new high-quality care model,the implementation of nurse long-head of nursing care-care leader-nurse leader responsibility-the responsibility of nurses-a new concept pregnant nurses mode.Results The implementation of the new care nurse psychological endurance mode,working motivation,job satisfaction,compared with the previous 66%to 88%.Conclusion The new accountability chain-type self-care model to improve the sense of presence of nurses to improve nurse satisfaction,contributing to the development of quality care, improve work ef iciency and quality of care.关键词
