Abstract
Hospital discipline construction plays a key role in scientific and sustainable development.Aiming to put ing forward new idea,bridging the gaps between basic medicine and clinical medicine and improving diagnose and treatment level of medical staf ,hospitals must increase clinical scientific research and build up a strong scientific talent pool.In this article,we introduced the facilitation which scientific research made on clinical work,talent-development,education and teaching as wel as comprehensive advantages in AnZhen Hospital,aiming to il uminate the pivotal role on hospital scientific development.关键词
