摘要
Abstract
Objective To analysis of evidence-based nursing in the application of the cardiac ar hythmia after acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods Selected in August 2012~September 2014, our hospital receives 100 cases,the cardiac ar hythmia after acute myocardial infarction patients in hospital order into two groups (routine group,the intervention group)and routine group patients give clinical basic nursing,intervention group patients give clinical evidence-based nursing intervention,comparing two groups of patients with clinical results.Results The disease incidence of ar hythmia in intervention group patients(14.0%)and nursing satisfaction rate(98.0%)and normal group(disease rate 36.0%,satisfaction rate 84.0%),compared to clear of clinical dif erences( <0.05).Conclusion The cardiac ar hythmia after acute myocardial infarction patients'clinical evidence-based nursing intervention can improve cardiac function in patients with,reduce the disease incidence of ar hythmia, reduce medical cost,is of great significance,is worth using.关键词
