Abstract
Objective To analyze portal hypertension patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding time and nursing measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital, 86 cases of portal hypertension patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by time and related nursing measures. Results A total of 86 patients 213 UGIB, including hemor hage, 157 times in the day (73.71%), bleeding 56 times at night (26.29%), bleeding rate of hemor hage rate was significantly higher in the day night, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.01);Bleeding from 10:00 to 12:00 peak time points, to 86, accounting for 40.38%, fol owed by 16:00 ~ 18:00, 43 times, accounted for 20.19%, again for 20:00 ~ 22:00, 32 times, 15.02%. Conclusion Gastrointestinal bleeding in portal hypertension has obvious time rule, according to the bleeding time nursing work, is to win the rescue time, ensure patient safety, reduce bleeding the important guarantee of mortality.关键词
