Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of a smal knife with a closed heel calcaneus bone hyperplasia treatment, summarizing clinical experiences and explore a smal knife with a closed heel therapeutic applications in the future treatment of osteoarthritis among the calcaneus. Methods The hospital in April 2012-the calcaneus heel bone hyperplasia patients admit ed in March 2015 to conduct clinical analysis, 73 patients enrol ed, 54 patients can be analyzed ef icacy were randomly divided into experimental group (27 cases) and the control group (27 cases). The control group of patients conventional closed therapy, experimental group depending on the circumstances on the basis of the control group on a smal knife with blocking treatment with treatment, after two courses of treatment, clinical treatment. Results The ef icacy of the control group was 57.89% significantly; invalid number of cases of four cases, accounting for 21.05% of the total ef ective rate was 78.95%, while the ef icacy of the experimental group was significantly the number of cases accounted for 73.68%, the number of cases inef ective in 2 cases, accounting for 10.59 percent, The total ef ective rate was 89.47%. the total ef iciency of the control group were significantly dif erent statistical y significance ( <0.05).Conclusion For the calcaneus heel bone hyperplasia treatment of patients using a smal knife with blocking treatment for treatment, can significantly improve the treatment of clinical results and safe and ef ective, worthy of clinical application.关键词
