摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the ef ect of the ice fire stimulation rehabilitation training cerebral infarction in the treatment of poststroke dysphagia of pseudobulbar.Methods 120 patients with swal owing dysfuntion with peseudobulbar after stroke were randomly divieded into two groups:a treatment group and a control group.The control group received pharmacotherapy and routine rehabilitation training,The treatment group received ice fire stimulation rehabilitation training and routine treatment and rehabilitation training.To obersve the clincal curative ef ect.Results The curative ef ect in the treatment group was significantly bet er than in the control group.The incidence rate of aspiratory pneumonia was lowered than control group.The time of rehabilitation was significantly shorten.Conclusion The ice fire stimulation rehabilitation training cerebral infarction is more ef ective than the control group It is the best method to treat dysphagia after stroke.关键词
