Abstract
Objective To investigate the thermal history of hand foot and mouth disease in peripheral leukocytes dynamic change,explore the law of diagnosis and treatment,to provide theoretical basis for clinical pediatrician.Methods 2012 April to 2012 August to live hand foot and mouth disease are fever ward in our hospital 161 cases of children with hand foot and mouth disease,in the before treatment were detected in peripheral white blood cel s,including white blood cel (WBC),neutrophils,lymphocytes of three observation indexes,observe the dynamic changes.Results The total number of white blood cel s:1D was 10.87±3.96(í109/L),2D was 11.18±5.13(í109/L),3D was 11.88±3.59(í109/L),4 D was 9.87±3.59(í109/L),5D was 8.38±2.43(í109/L),6D was 9.99±4.2(í109/L),7d was 7.83±2.39(í109/L).The total number of neutrophils:1D was 5.18±2.52(í109/L),2D was 7.13±3.83(í109/L),3D was 7.35±4.23(í109/L),4D was 5.55±2.52(í109/L),5D was 2.49±1.73(í109/L),6D was 5.57±3.40(í109/L) the results,7d was 2.51±1.24(í109/L).In second days of fever,white blood cel s reached the peak,a significant statistical dif erence between 7d changes in peripheral white blood cel ( <0.05).Conclusion HFMD patients with peripheral white blood cel changes may be a process of dynamic change,changes with time and have dif erent results.关键词
