摘要
Abstract
Objective This study focuses on the influence of but er tea on SD rat's liver. Methods We carried out the research by choosing 96 healthy SD rats (200g±20g), half male and half female, and divided them into 8 groups which we cal ed the blank group, high lipid group, tea water group,salt water group, high but er,s concentration group,low but er,s concentration group, high but er tea, s concentration group and low but er tea,s concentration group respectively. There are 12 rats in each group. We gave the SD rats intragastric administration of specific but er tea (3.6ml for each) at the same time every morning and weighed them every 10 days. The structure of liver is observed by means of HE staining. We detected low density lipoprotein receptor (LDL-R) by the immunohistochemical methods,and Observed in the tissue of liver and the positive expression cel s count by Image -pro plus6.0 software. The obtained data were represented by average numbers plus standard deviation and processed by SPSS Statistics. One-way analysis of variance was used when comparing the data of several groups. Results The HE staining results indicate that the liver structure of the high but er tea,s concentration group and low but er tea,s concentration group were normal. The light color cytoplasm and hepatic cord gap nar owing in liver of the high but er,s concentration group and the high lipid group. Regarding LDL-R positive expression liver cel s number, low but er tea,s concentration group and low but er,s concentration group were remarkably higher than those of the blank group ( ﹤0.01). The LDL-R positive expression liver cel s number of the high lipid group was remarkably lower than that of other groups.( ﹤0.01). Conclusion Intragastric administration of but er tea during a short period of time wil promotie hepatic lipid metabolism through the SD rat liver cel s positive expression of LDL-R.关键词
