Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience of emergency treatment and nursing of penetrating cardiac trauma. Methods From 2007 January to 2012 October were treated 16 cases of penetrating cardiac trauma patients in the emergency treatment and nursing measures. Results 14 cases of cure, 2 cases of death after the rescue. Conclusion The key points of first aid of penetrating cardiac trauma,in accordance with the scientific and standardized procedures for emergency care, emergency control bleeding, rapid infusion of anti shock, dynamic observation, timely operation treatment for operation room into can significantly improve the success rate of rescue.关键词
